Refund & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and take utmost care in delivering handcrafted products with love and precision. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and refund process:

1. Damaged Products (Customized or Non-Customized)

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
✅ What You Need to Do:
  • Record a clear unboxing video showing the unopened package and product condition in a single continuous shot (no cuts or edits).
  • The video must be taken at the time of first opening the package.
  • Share the video with us within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@shadesoflove.store or WhatsApp us at +91 8208608320.
If the video clearly shows the damage and the opening process, we’ll process your replacement or refund promptly.

2. Returns for Non-Customized Products

You may return or exchange non-customized products if:
  • You are not satisfied with the item
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

📌 Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection

3. Shipping

Product will be delivered within 6-7 days
Replacement/Exchanged Products will be delivered within 7-8 days.

4. Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our customized products (photo frames, clocks, jewelry, etc.), returns or cancellations are not allowed once the product preview is approved by you.

Exceptions are made only in case of damage during shipping, with proper unboxing video proof as mentioned above.

5. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Unboxing video (if damaged)
  • Photos of the product (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 24–48 hours to assist you with the process.

6. Final Notes

No refunds or returns for color, texture, or minor variation complaints — as each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if our return policy is not met or if the video is deemed inauthentic or incomplete.
