5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Shades of Love is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • If your package is delayed, please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us.
  • If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to our support team so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return, exchange, or replacement process as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
